Your Responsibilities
You’ll be the local expert for the Berliner Fernsehturm’s business applications and digital processes. Acting as the link between operational teams in Berlin and the Magnicity Group IT team in Paris, you’ll ensure our digital tools are configured, adopted and continuously improved to support daily operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Own the configuration, quality and day-to-day administration of our core business applications, including Ventrata (ticketing), Lightspeed (Restaurant, Bar & Shop POS), ApicBase (F&B inventory), Zenchef (restaurant reservations), BookingShake (event management), HubSpot (CRM), IDeaS (revenue management), as well as local finance, HR and site-specific applications.
- Configure applications to meet local operational requirements, including products, pricing rules, user permissions, workflows and seasonal adjustments, while ensuring alignment with Group standards.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for application-related topics, providing first-line support, troubleshooting, user guidance and hands-on training to operational teams.
- Create and maintain user documentation, process maps and configuration guidelines to promote consistent and efficient use of business applications.
- Work closely with the Group IT team and external software vendors to resolve issues, coordinate enhancements and implement new functionalities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), application updates, integrations and cross-site digital projects, representing the Berlin site within the Magnicity Group.
- Analyse operational processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend pragmatic digital solutions that enhance efficiency and the visitor experience.

- Around 5 years‘ experience with business applications, application support or process management
- Experience configuring business software and supporting end users
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a hands-on mindset
- Ability to bridge operational needs and digital solutions
- Professional working level in English and German
- Open for occasional international travel to other Magnicity locations
