Your Responsibilities
- Strategy: You develop and implement data-driven pricing and revenue strategies to sustainably increase revenue and margins for Berlin and Warsaw, ensuring competitiveness in a dynamic market environment.
- Revenue Optimization: You optimize occupancy, average ticket price, and channel mix to maximize total revenue across all distribution channels.
- Data Analysis: You structure complex datasets from various sources and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Reporting: You develop dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking.
- Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to position products optimally in the market.
- Forecasting & Planning: You create forecasts and data-driven predictive models to support budgeting, resource planning, and capacity management, deriving clear recommendations for action.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- You analyze market trends, demand developments, competitor pricing, and visitor segmentation, using these insights to further refine our pricing strategies.
- Commercial Support:
- You evaluate the performance of campaigns, product adjustments, and commercial initiatives, identifying optimization potential to increase revenue and market share.
- On-Site Presence: To gain a deep understanding of market conditions, you travel regularly to our Warsaw location.

Shape the revenue strategy of one of Europe’s most iconic landmarks!
The Berlin TV Tower and our tower in Warsaw are looking for a data-driven professional who develops pricing strategies, identifies revenue opportunities, and directly impacts our international performance. In this international key role, you will report directly to our Global Team in Chicago. You will analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and present well-founded recommendations to the leadership team.

What You Bring
- Flexibility: As your direct manager is based in Chicago, you are comfortable with occasional late afternoon/evening meetings due to time zone differences and are willing to travel to Poland.
- Strong Communication Skills: You are able to translate complex data into clear written and verbal recommendations.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy diving deep into data and turning insights into tangible strategies.
- Experience: Several years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or an analytical business function.
- English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel skills (Advanced level), ideally experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as well as revenue management or ticketing systems.
- Experience working with forecasting models and KPI-based performance management.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
